I am a student at the University of Washington, Tacoma working towards a Master of Science in Geospatial Technologies. Being a part of an urban-serving university like UW Tacoma has allowed me to engage in meaningful projects that focus on the social, cultural, and economic well-being of my surrounding community. This website serves to showcase these projects that use the power of GIS and cartography to visualize, question, analyze, and interpret data to understand relationships, patterns, and trends in our communites and our world.
Analyzing spatial data through the use of mapping software. Discovering patterns and trends through spatial mapping of data. Designing digital maps. Developing mapping applications and tools. Producing report quality maps to be integrated into Earth Economics’ printed and online materials. Developing high quality research and project-specific solutions. Managed social media accounts, created social media graphics for daily postings, increased social media following and client acquisition by 200%, produced marketing material driven by community interests.
