I’m a technical training and GIS professional with 10+ years of experience in training, instructional design, and spatial analysis. Currently, as Lead Technical Training Specialist at Kaseware, I develop and deliver programs that help users adopt complex case management technologies. Previously, I was a Senior Instructor at Esri, delivering virtual and in-person ArcGIS training and collaborating with product teams. I also worked as a GIS Analyst at Earth Economics and served as a Loadmaster in the U.S. Air Force. I hold an MS in Geospatial Technology and a BA in Sustainable Urban Development, and I’m passionate about blending technical expertise with instructional design to transform learning experiences.
